Big kudos to the wonderful students and teachers who run the Bulldog Cafe. It's a wonderful way to start out a Friday and I could eat those tacos for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. :)

Thank you to my amazing, phenomenal ESL Team, Gustavo Oseguera, Stephanie Saggiante, Dee Dee Jefferies, and Mary Helen Tamayo for stepping in and helping me with my classes during this emotional week with the sudden death of my beloved Grandmother, Sybil Chapman, who was a retired teacher, a University of Texas Graduate with Bachelor and Master Degrees, and a wonderful soul who loved Genealogy, Jane Austen, Harry Potter, the Big Bang Theory, Education, her family and her dog, Daisy. I love you and will miss you dearly.
