This week we are going to focus on One on Ones & Product Drop Offs. These can be a really successful part of your business because you are spending personal time and getting to know your customer.
When I think of how much money I have spent at Sephora or at one of the makeup counters at Nordstrom when I was having that personal attention, I know it can be the same for you!
ONE ON ONES
Customer Connection
When you do a One on One, you are developing a relationship with your customer. You are able to take the time to find out what she is using now, if it is working and what her concerns are.
The Lunch Time One on One
See if your customer wants to connect on her lunch hour? Have her ask a friend or two from her office to join you. It can be at the local coffee shop or in their lunch room. Turn it into a mini social!
Offer as an alternative to a social
If she says she just does not have enough friends to invite to a social, let her know that is no problem and that you would love to spend some one on one time telling her about the line.

USE No RSVP's from Socials as an opportunity to set up a drop off
Because you learned in our socials tips to do the invites for the hostess, you know who said they could not attend. Contact them and say that you were sorry that they missed out, but that you would love to drop off product for them to try!
What to include
After finding out what she would like to try, or finding out about her skin type...include full size items of those products. I would also include the shampoo and conditioner, because we all know how great that is.
Also, include
- Look Book - mark the pages of the products you have included
- Order Form - fill it out with what you have included. She can always cross off what she does not want
- Hostess Rewards Brochure
Ask for Referrals
Ask her if she has someone that she thinks would love our products and ask for a referral for another drop off. If you don't ask.....
