Power Of Choice

Life Leason
As I grew up i learned not to be selfish and i still use it till this very day. When I was little I feel in love with legos. I wanted every Star Wars leggos and I had over 5,000 pieces of legos but I wanted more. And at one point their was one of the biggest Star Wars legos toy and it cost more then 300 dollars I really wanted it. I cried to my mom because I wanted it more then anything. But at the end of the day I knew it was okay if I didn't have it because I didn't really needed. I already had plenty of legos so I was okay if I didn't have that one lego toy.
What I Learned From The Short Story?
That people have to stop worrying if they fit in or not. They shouldn't have to worry about what people think of them. If they don't like you because your from a lower class/poor that's their problem everyone is different and everyone is different for a reason. In the story The Necklace Mathilda mentioned "No . . . there's nothing so humiliating as looking poor in the middle of a lot of rich women." that showed that she cared about what the high society people would think of her. The life lesson is to not care about what people say about you just because your poor, just be who you are and don't worry about others.
Famous Quote
A famous quote is a good life lesson is, "Don't chase people, Be yourself do your own thing and work hard. The right people- the ones who really belong in your life- will come to you, And stay." By Will Smith. This is a good life lesson quote because it tells you to be your self and that the right people will stay and to just be yourself.
What impacts do choices have on ourselves, our families, our friends and our communities?
Most choices we make will have a huge impact in our life and it will also impact the people around us. But those changes wont always be good they will also have a negative impact on us and the people around us. Its always important just to think before you make choices because you never know if that choice can change your life forever.
