It's that simple. We need to open a lot more groups, and make sure we service the one's we have so they do not cancel. That's it.

What do we need to do as a team?

- The Mariners must meet or exceed 2013 MPI and hit end-of-year NAG goal (+34) to have contest payable.
  • - Current NAG (Net Account Growth) = 16
  • - Goal by end of 2013 = 34
  • - Kicker by Q3 end of 2013 = 24
  • - Contest payable upon receipt of the district budget for it (Feb 15, 2014)
  • - No-pay will not be considered for this contest, but any gross manipulation of the rules may disqualify the winner at the sole discretion of the DSC.
  • - BSR has a maximum of 2 broker-driven groups that can count for this contest. All other groups opened by BSR must come from their career sales channel. "Broker-driven" means the broker literally handed you the group to enroll.
  • Top 4 group-openers qualify. Tie-breaker is AP. Contest runs weeks 34 - 52.


Contest Pays Top Group Openers - how much $$$?

- 1st Place = $1200 + kicker = $2,000
- 2nd Place = $600 + kicker = $9,00
- 3rd Place = $400 + kicker = $800
- 4th Place = $200 + kicker = $500

HIT THE Q3 "KICKER" AND ADD AT LEAST $300 TO EACH WINNER! Is it do-able? We exceeded this last year, so you bet it is.
