Get Inspired

Kudos to...

Lee Clark and Hector Pineda for taking students to the opera Thursday night to watch Rigoletto at the San Diego Civic Theatre.

Mr. Montaño, Karen Thompson, Sabino Muro and Rocio Baltazar for hosting Thursday's Honor Roll Night. Students with a 3.5 GPA were placed on the Honor Roll and those with a 3.75 were on the Principal's Honor Roll. They were given certificates for their hard work from the semester 1 report card.

Laura Lucahu for hosting this year's Spelling Bee. There were over 15 participants from all grades. 7th grade, Nicholas Borres won first place with runner-up, Chirstine Quinajon.

Pat Johnson and all staff members who participated in Friday's Chili Cookoff. The winner was Cafeteria Staff Member, Sandra Coronado! Runner up was Stuart Douglas in second place and Tracy Mesina in first place for vegetarian chili. Congratulations!
