Health Screening Week
We will be doing our yearly screenings starting Monday, Oct 2-Oct 6. This will be hearing and vision for PK and K with hearing, vision and acanthosis (diabetic screening) for 1st, 3rd, and 5th. We will also be screening new students to the district in 2nd and 4th. Let Karol know if you have questions!

S - STOP, Ask yourself “what decision needs to be made?”
T - THINK, “What are my choices?” “What are the positive and negative consequences of each?”
A - ACT, Make a decision and take action.
R – REVIEW, Ask yourself “Did things work out as I planned?”
Week of September 25th: Goal Setting
There’s a difference between short term goals, which are smaller and take less time to reach, and long term goals, which can take a long time to reach and may be made up of several short-tern goals.
