New P.A. Policy for Reimbursing Teachers:
1. Beginning next school year, there will be a new procedure of providing the teachers (anyone with a classroom) with $150 in August and $100 in January to be used for items for their classrooms.
In order to receive this money, teachers need to save their receipts for these purchases and then submit them to Chris Eldred, who will then submit them to Lou to be reimbursed. You must also fill out a reimbursement form (https://www.daslos-studios.com/ClientMedia/4c3714cf-f78e-4a36-b018-ab88d4f64c46/674F0215-F98C-4ECE-B23C-2600581E566F.pdf.) To be clear, you will not receive this money without filling out the reimbursement form and submitting your receipts.
2. In lieu of student, teacher, and class gifts during Catholic Schools Week, a special school T-shirts for all students, staff and teachers will be given to everyone at the beginning of the year from PA. These are school spirit shirts that can be worn on designated spirit days, dress down days and should be worn for school field trips to help teachers and chaperones keep track of St. Hilary students.
3. P.A. will be hosting quarterly lunches for our staff. They will also provide breakfast for the staff the first Friday of school, August 25, in the lounge.

Re: Digital Academy/CODA
Date: August 15, 2017
Please be advised that The Digital Academy/CODA final upgrades are taking place this week. Thank you for your patience during this transition. You will be experiencing some times when the systems can’t be reached. EDSI is trying to keep this to a minimum during school hours, but some can’t be avoided. I have outlined below a few important notes about the changes:
- The current academy site will be shut down: academy.ocfecleveland.org.
- All registrations for online courses, in-services or meetings will be found at the new site.
- All curriculum, diocesan and your personal school curriculum are still hosted there.
- There is a lesson plan portal available to work in tandem with the curriculum.
- If you didn’t have a CODA account, you will need to create an account.
- If you enrolled in an upcoming cohort or online course your registration will carry over to the new site, DO NOT enroll again.
- All group information will be at the new site (RE, principal, preschool, technology, etc.).
- Eventually you will have to go to a new URL: doc.digitalacademy.org (the coda.ocfecleveland.org URL will redirect you there).
- There will be training on the new upgrades at all upcoming RE, mentor and LPDC meetings.
- There will be Org Admin trainings coming at the beginning of September. Please be sure to send your org admin and perhaps yourself attend.
Thank you for your patience in this transition. If you have any concerns please contact Dolores Bruno atdbruno@dioceseofcleveland.org
