1 glove of garlic
400 gr of minced veal meat
2 eggs – one boiled, another raw for micture
1 slice of white bread, soaked in milk
How do do it.
Chop the onions, carrots, garlic and herbs into very small pieces. Soak the bread in little cup of milk and then smash it.
Put all the ingredients into a bowl and mix them all together. Preferably use hands.
Add salt and pepper, taste to make sure, that the mixture is well seasoned.
Form the base of meatloaf and put the egg in the middle of it. Then add the rest of the meat and form the round meatloaf.
Bake in the owen at 200 degrees for 30-40 minutes.
Serve with potatoes and salad.
