Greetings Naquag Families!
Wow - last week was an extremely busy and productive week! Daylight saving time began, school pictures on Tuesday and Friday, the WRSD Vaccination Clinic @ Naquag on Wednesday, plus spring officially began. Our amazing Naquag teachers and staff continue to move forward with effective instruction and teaching. We appreciate your collaboration and support. We are Naquag Strong! Stay well!
DAILY "MUST DO" FOR ALL FAMILIES:
Please complete the District’s Daily Screening Protocols. Please follow these guidelines DAILY. Your cooperation is needed to keep our school safe and students/staff well. Note: If you or a family member has symptoms, been tested/waiting for results, tested positive or was a close contact - Do Not Send Your Child To School - Keep Your Child Home. WRSD Full “In-Person” Learning - Beginning Monday, April 5!
We’ve been busy planning for our full “in-person” learning to begin on Monday, April 5. The schedule for full in-person learning will be full school days on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday. Wednesday being a half-day for all K-8 students.The District will maintain one half-day per week in order to provide our teachers with time to adequately plan for working synchronously with our remote students and in-person students. (Full remote instruction will also continue if requested.)
The start and end times for Naquag will be 9:00 - 3:30 (dismissal procedures will begin slightly prior) and Wednesday 9:00 - 12:30 (dismissal procedures will begin slightly prior).
We are finalizing setting up our classrooms and cafeteria seating and classroom schedules too. Classroom teachers will share schedules in the near future.

DEADLINE FOR FULL IN-PERSON INSTRUCTION SURVEY - MONDAY MARCH 22:
Parents will be asked to review these updates and finalize their learning model and transportation choices by Monday, March 22nd. Everyone needs to complete the survey to help us plan for classroom space and transportation. (Please complete if you are also staying full remote.) WRSD Full In-Person Learning Information
