The Falcon's Nest

December 2019

Principal's Corner by Jennifer Updike

Happy Holidays!!

This is an exciting time of year at CMES. The kids are bubbling over with excitement for the upcoming break and seasonal activities. All that excitement leads to lots and lots of energy. Kids need to get outside and release that energy; plus, get some fresh air away from all the germs that are circulating and lurking inside. We do try to go out as much as possible, so please have your child dressed appropriately...gloves, hat, and coat. We even offer gloves and hats if a child forgets; we think it is that important! If the temperature is too low, we do offer the students an option to stay inside, if they prefer. Let me know if you have any questions regarding outdoor recess in the winter months. I am looking forward to all the smiles these next few weeks! Smiling is my favorite! :)
