Student Emails for Administrators
Using the Enrolled Student Listing* Report
For administrators to pull a report and view student emails follow the instructions below.
Entry Point: Report Profiles, Enrolled Student Listing
Fill in your report with the following criteria.
Select Request Report and in the drop down menu select the Excel version of the report. This will produce an excel file with students Names, Grade Level and Student Email Address.
If you are trying to narrow your search you can change parameters such as grade level, day period, etc.
