Everyday you sit around watching tv or playing video games. Instead you can take just 10 minutes of your day being physically active any way that works for you. Like walking, Biking or even Swimming. Everytime your physically active it will all add up.
If you are someone who knows many people who aren't physically active or have bad health habits you can do what you do to be physically active and try to get them to do the same. For example, if your friend sees you taking a light jog they would do the same and light jogging would be your common interest
