About My Life of Swimming
My History of Swimming
My mom introduced me to swimming when I was four. She put me in swimming because she wanted me to be like my sister and so I can. I thought a lot of things about swimming, and about how to do it. I didn’t like it at first but then I started to get used to the sport and other people. I started to swim even more when I saw the famous Micheal Phelps and Ryan Lochte. I wanted to be just like them when I grew up.

Starting Out
The first time I started swimming I would never forget I would think that there where sharks in the pool. Then when I started to swim more I used it to my advantage. During meets I would pretend to think that there was a shark in the pool chasing me, and it made me go faster than in practice. I still use that trick but I know there are no sharks in the pool.
Just Keep Swimming
After ten years of swimming I’ve gotten stronger and faster in the sport than I have ever imagined. Coach Mark have been training me for years, and he says that me and my sister are a hand full, ha he is somewhat right but it’s mostly my sister that is a hand full I’m usually quite. He can be really mean most of the times and yells a lot but he does give great sets to us. Last year I was sick and I couldn’t swim for a while.

This is me doing backstroke in the water. It's really fun!
RR Dolphins
I go on a summer team called The Round Rock Dolphins Team. They are abuot a bunch of swimmers that have fun swimming every summer!
Breaststroke
Breaststroke is really hard for me because I have a hard time kicking and I have bigger shoulders. I'm a butterflyer thats when you swing your arms and do a dolphin kick at the same time.
What I Do Now
Now I’m back to swim for my team. Every things going to be harder because if you miss a month of swim it will take two months to get back on track. I have to work even harder than before, and this means I have to be at practice every day for two months. I know it sounds very hard but my coach doesn’t give us hard sets I mean he doesn’t give us really hard sets. I am very dedicated to swimming. Last summer I went a minute flat on my 100 free and thats a BIG achievment for me and my family.
The Micheal and Ryan picture and the RR Dolphins picture do not belong to me.
