The Viking Spotlight will be the part in my weekly newsletter used to highlight and celebrate our students and staff anytime we can! If you would like your child acknowledged for something they have accomplished, whether on campus or off-campus, please feel free to fill out this google form HERE. I look forward to celebrating our Vikings and all of the great things they are doing!

Kudos to our Knowledge Bowl Team!!

Shout out to our Knowledge Bowl team for winning one of their matches this past Thursday! They work hard at practice and represent MVA well! I'm so proud of them and I'm looking forward to attending their 3 matches this week!

Shout out to our Viking Volleyballers!!

All three of our volleyball teams kicked off their season this past Saturday. I'm so proud of our students who showed up, worked hard, and held their heads high! Looking forward to the upcoming season!

Message from the Principal πŸ’›

We had a busy week of elementary school visits last week, ending with an on-site visit from Emory Academy. It was great to meet and speak with all of the future 7th grade Vikings! We hope to see them again at our Future Viking Fair on April 12th!!

Well...we made it to the last week before Spring Break and it's a spirit week too, woohoo!! πŸŽ‰ Remember, Spring Break starts Saturday, March 18th and we return on Monday, April 3rd! Be sure to show your school spirit by dressing up each day for the Spirit Week! We will end this week with an assembly celebrating our Spring Sports, Robotics, and Knowledge Bowl! I can't wait! πŸ€—

Make it a great week, Vikings!!

Take care,

Ms. Scott
