IMPORTANT NOTES FOR TOMORROW, DECEMBER 21ST

Polar Express Day: All students are encouraged to wear their favorite pajamas to school for this special day. We will go for a "train ride" in the hall as we listen to the story, and then we will watch the Polar Express movie while sipping on some hot chocolate! Thank you so much to those of you who have donated needed items. :)

Backpacks: Because we have our holiday party AND Polar Express activities tomorrow, your child is welcome to leave their backpack at home. Any work completed can come home after the break.

Readers: We will not be sending any readers home in your child's folder this week, but will resume doing so after the break! If you would like to continue reading with your child over the break, RAZ Kids is a fabulous resource available to you! We use this app in the classroom so your child should be familiar with how to use it. :)

Party: Our Holiday Party is tomorrow at 9:30am. If you are planning to join us and would like to sign your child out at the conclusion of the party, you are welcome to do so. Each classroom will have a sign out sheet available for you to use. We will also be doing a class book exchange during the party. We ask that each student bring a gender neutral, age appropriate book wrapped in their favorite holiday wrapping paper. Receiving a new book is always exciting and this will be a great way to encourage reading over our break!
