Schedule changes: Over the next two weeks, we will be balancing classes which may result in schedule changes for some students. We will do our best to make the fewest changes necessary, but some changes will need to be made. During this process, we will be reviewing any schedule change requests that have been submitted to counselors as well. Please be sure students are checking Aeries and their school Gmail each day. If they receive a schedule change, their counselor will send an email to notify them.
Program Changes: We are currently working at both the district and site level to review program change requests. As we make schedule changes to balance classes, we will be working on program change requests as well. Mrs. Grimble or Mrs. Cisneros will be in contact with families who submitted a program change request in the coming weeks.
Upcoming Events: We have several upcoming events described in more detail below. Please plan to join us for Back to School Night, Coffee with the Principal, and our financial literacy workshop. All events will be held virtually via Zoom or Google Meets. See information below for more details.
Textbook Distribution: If you were not able to pick up your student's textbooks this week, please do so on Saturday, August 22, between 8 and 11 a.m. in the gym parking lot.

Online Data Confirmation
All families must turn in a signed emergency card to the front office no later than August 31, 2020. If you are not able to print from home, please come to the front office between 9 am. and 2 p.m. and someone will be able to print it for you to sign.
