The PA Planning Team has a web service that generates an import from EdNA on a daily basis so the demographics section of your plans are up to date. Be sure to check EdNA to ensure your school's contact information is up to date. If updates are needed, please contact the Center for Data Quality & Information Technology by emailing Ra-edna-admin@pa.gov or calling 717-787-2644.

Charter School Annual Report Webinar - June 4, 2019 @ 10:00 am
Charter schools are required to complete and submit an annual report to the Pennsylvania Department of Education on an annual basis. This year's annual report is due by August 1, 2019.
Join members of the PA Planning Team and PDE's Charter Office for a webinar on June 4, 2019 @ 10:00 am to review the contents of the annual report as well as how to submit your plan. Click here to enter the webinar.

Title I Schoolwide Plans for non CSI/A-TSI schools
A webinar was offered on May 23, 2019 at 9:00 am to walk you through the content needed for your plan as well as directions to submit the plan via the Comprehensive Planning web application. To access a recording and materials shared during the webinar, please click here and look under "Recorded Trainings".
Attention Phase 1 LEAs...
As a reminder, for Phase 1 LEAs for this submission time, you are not required to complete the entire plan, but are welcome to if you'd like.
The required sections are:
- Profile>Demographics
- Profile>Stakeholder Involvement/Planning Committee
- Core Foundations>Safe and Supportive Schools (Chapter 12 Student Services information)
- * Core Foundations>Professional Education (Chapter 4 and Chapter 49 information)
- Assurances>Safe and Supportive Schools Assurance
- Plan Submission>Affirmations (Final step after 28-day public review – Board President and Superintendent will need to have at least “author” access to the comp planning application in order to sign.
*Phase 1 LEAs will notice a new section within the Core Foundations>Professional Education section titled, "Professional Development". With the Action Planning section being optional for this submission, please enter in the general PD sessions you will be offering over the next 3 years.

When preparing for public review, please note there are options to pull an output report to either display ALL contents of the plan or just select sections. If your LEA has chosen to update just the required sections for this submission time, please see the picture below to capture only those sections to pull an output report for public review time.
The PA Planning Team will be sending communication in the coming weeks for training/webinar offerings. Please check your email!
