Why should you move in to New Jersey?
You should move to New Jersey because there is lot and lots of farming. There is a ocean that you can drink out of you can sail and go fishing. There is hay so you can feed horses. There are many trees to pick fruits. Also, we have many animals to hunt and eat such as bears, deer, wolves, birds, monkeys, horses, and many other more. Furthermore, there are fields of vegetables and plants on farms to eat them to. So move to New Jersey!!!
During 1647,the dutch people sent Peter Stuyvesant to be second governor of new Netherlands. Peter Stuyvesant was nicknamed as Peg Leg Pete. He made the cities of New Amsterdam cleaner and safer. He told colonists to lead their horses through the street, instead of letting them be free. That kept the streets orderly. He formed the first kind of fire department called a rattle watch. When a watchman sees a fire,He would shake the rattle watch to call for help. Peter Stuyvesant also hired men to pick up garbage and had the city’s first post office and a hospital built.
