The Child/Parent Conferences will be held during the afternoons of August 23rd and 26th and in the mornings on August 24th, 25th, and 27th, and will last approximately 20 minutes.

East High Street will host an Open House on Thursday, August 19th, from 2:00 p.m. to 3:30 p.m. At the Open House, you and your child will have opportunity to meet the teachers, as well as tour the school. The program is for all students and families in grades K-2 and is designed to help students become acclimated with their classroom and school building.

We can't to see all of our leaders and their families!

Car Rider Tag Information

Parents or guardians who pick their child(ren) up at dismissal time (or mid-day for AM Kindergarten pickup) will be required to display a school-issued student identification car rider tag. The card will list the child(ren) the adult picks up regularly, as well as their grade levels and will be slipped over the passenger side visor to be flipped down during pick up time. Families can request up to two (2) tags per household for use by parents and guardians or another designated driver.

A new car rider tag for the 2021-2022 school year needs to be issued by the office. You will need to pre-register for a car rider tag by filling out the Google Form that is located below.

The school office will disperse car rider tags during the week of August 16-20, 2021 from 8:00-4:00 PM. Families also have the option to pick-up car rider tags in their child’s classroom during our Open House on August 19th as long as the registration is received by Wednesday, August 18th.

Please bring a Photo ID when picking up the tags in the office. Kindergarten Families can also pick up car rider tags during their child’s scheduled kindergarten conferences on August 23-27, 2021.

2021-2022 School Year Theme

This school year East High Street's building wide theme will be the ocean! Last school we held a contest with our kindergarten and first grade students to create our leadership shirt and folder design. We narrowed it down and the students and staff voted on the top designs.

We are happy to announce the winners!

First Grader Isabella Boutorabi's design will be featured on this years leadership shirt!

On this year's leadership folder the designs of Leannah Clohessy (1st grade), Lucas Martin (1st grade) and Marley Leggett (2nd grade) will be featured.

Congratulations to all of our winning designers! You will be receiving a special surprise during our Leadership Assembly occurring later in September.

All designs that were submitted last year for the contest were turned into posters that will be featured all around East High Street! If you submitted a design, look around the school to find your poster!
