Kindergarten Conferences - August 23-27, 2021
Students who are entering kindergarten will attend school with an adult on their scheduled day/time of the kindergarten conference.
- Adults attending the kindergarten conference must have an ID ready. We will be utilizing the Guardian Gate system and an ID is required.
- Please have only your child and up to 2 adults attend the conference.
- This is a 15 minute student centered conference where your child will be working with his/her teacher.
- While the child is meeting with the teacher, the families will be asked to fill out information about their child.
The Child/Parent Conferences will be held during the afternoons of August 23rd and 26th and in the mornings on August 24th, 25th, and 27th, and will last approximately 20 minutes.
Families may register and/or edit an existing conference date from Wednesday, August 11, 2021, through Wednesday, August 18, 2021. Once the scheduling window has closed, please contact the East High Street office directly to schedule or edit a conference.
As a reminder, there is NO SCHOOL for kindergarten students on the conference days.
Open House for Grades K-2
We can't to see all of our leaders and their families!
Car Rider Tag Information
Parents or guardians who pick their child(ren) up at dismissal time (or mid-day for AM Kindergarten pickup) will be required to display a school-issued student identification car rider tag. The card will list the child(ren) the adult picks up regularly, as well as their grade levels and will be slipped over the passenger side visor to be flipped down during pick up time. Families can request up to two (2) tags per household for use by parents and guardians or another designated driver.
A new car rider tag for the 2021-2022 school year needs to be issued by the office. You will need to pre-register for a car rider tag by filling out the Google Form that is located below.
The school office will disperse car rider tags during the week of August 16-20, 2021 from 8:00-4:00 PM. Families also have the option to pick-up car rider tags in their child’s classroom during our Open House on August 19th as long as the registration is received by Wednesday, August 18th.
Please bring a Photo ID when picking up the tags in the office. Kindergarten Families can also pick up car rider tags during their child’s scheduled kindergarten conferences on August 23-27, 2021.
