Meet Pivot EAP Staff
Kelly Flanagan-Hall
Kelly Flanagan Hall MS. CEAP Is the coordinator and counselor for Pivot Employee Assistance Services.
Kelly is a lifelong resident of Watertown NY and attended schools in the Watertown City School District. She began her college education at Jefferson Community College where she earned an Associate’s Degree in Psychology. Kelly received her Bachelor’s Degree from Empire State in Psychology and Human Development, and her Master’s Degree in Counseling and Human Services. She became provisionally certified as a School Counselor through St. Lawrence University and is a Certified Employee Assistance Professional (CEAP).
Kelly has been a Pivot employee for over 20 years working first as a Student Assistance Counselor, and then as the coordinator and counselor for Pivot Employee Assistance Services, where she oversees the daily operations for the EAP team, as well as provides counseling, and referral services to HR, managers, employees, and their families. She has experience in a variety of settings, including individuals, couples, and families.
In her spare time, she enjoys camping, kayaking, hiking and spending time with family and friends.
