Definition

Larceny from the person or presence of another by violence or threat.

Food-delivery robbery

Nearly two days a part, Moultrie and Jackson took both the delivery men's money and food. Both times had a gun pointed to the victim. The two boys were charged with felony aggravated robbery.

Example

Robbery is taking, with the intent to steal. For example, a man walks into a gas station with a gun. He orders the man behind the cashier for all the money or else he will start shooting. This is a robbery because he threatens, and knows his actions to steal all the money.
