How is Gonorrhea transmitted?

Gonorrhea is transmitted through sexual intercourse.

Gonorrhea Symptoms

  • Burning sensation while urinating.
  • Yellowish white ooze coming out of genitalia.

Symptoms begin to appear 2 to 7 days after exposure.

Treatments for Gonorrhea.

Talk to your doctor who will give you an antibiotic to fight off the infection.

Problems that are caused by Gonorrhea

  • Pain areas in lower abdomen, pelvis, testicle, or vagina.
  • Fever
  • Sore throat
  • Frequent urge to urinate.


Some ways to prevent Gonorrhea would include refraining from sex, and using a reliable condom.
