Synagogues are a main place of worship for the Jews as well as their communal meeting place. They are a main part in a Jew's religious and everyday life. Marriages, circumcision, baby creches, and celebrations.

Shavuot marks the giving of the Torah on Mt. Sinai. They are still read in Synagogues even though they were given 3,300 years ago. It begins in the evening of June 11th and is finished in the evening of June 13th. This celebration lasts two days.
