Counselor's Corner

Greetings LMS RamFam!

I hope that this message finds you well!

Please join us on October 6th for the 15th Annual World Day of Bullying Prevention Blue Shirt Day. On this day, students, schools, and communities all over the world go BLUE together against bullying. It also kicks off National Bullying Prevention Awareness Month every October. Please wear a blue shirt, and use this opportunity to show solidarity with others around the world, by sending a message that bullying and cyberbullying needs to end. Let’s play a part in changing the culture!

Please encourage your students to attend tutoring with their teachers if they need too! Tutoring will also be available on Saturday, October 9th from 8-12 in the Marshall Library. Also, remember Online Student Homework Support (accessible through Schoology is available 7 days a week) if additional help is needed.

If you have any questions or concerns, feel free to reach out to me by email, Anissa.Pennick@nisd.net. Please include your student’s id number and a phone number where you can be reached by phone.

Take care and stay safe,

Ms. A. Pennick
