Have a Safe and Wonderful Summer!
A Message from the Principal,
Bay Harbor Sailor Families,
Thank you, Bay Harbor families, for another wonderful year! It has been an interesting one and one that we will remember forever. In a digital world, it seems like though we are more “connected”, the more disconnected we can be. Please know that your assistance and support continues to be greatly needed and appreciated now more than ever. Research supports that the more involved a family is in their child’s education, the better he/she will do! I look forward to including parents a lot more next school year!
I hope that you take time this summer to slow down and enjoy everything around you. For many kids, summer school begins this Monday. There are so many great experiences that summer school provides our HSSD students. Students should continue to keep their thinking skills sharpened! Keep reading, writing, and working on math. Keep being creative...and most importantly PLAY, PLAY, PLAY!!!!!
In early August, you will receive notification of your child’s teacher and information about Open House. Until then, the office is open and please let us know if there is anything you need! Thanks again for a great year! I am proud of our Bay Harbor Sailors!
Please remember that you can continue to sign-up for the Blizzard football games through the end of June! Bay Harbor is in first place for ticket sales….but it is close. The information for ordering is below! Great job, Sailor families!

Have a wonderful summer,

BAY HARBOR CALENDAR

11 - Report cards finalized and message sent to families 6:00 pm
14 - Summer School Session One start Date
GREEN BAY BLIZZARD FOOTBALL FAMILY FUN EVENT INFORMATION
Below you will find the information on how to enjoy a fun evening with the Blizzard while helping to earn money for our school! Here's how it works:
- Attend any of the remaining June games, June 18 (Outdoors Night - camo hat for first 1000 fans) or June 25 (Military Appreciation Night - rally towel giveaway).
- Tickets are "buy one, get one free" or $15 for two tickets. Bay Harbor Elementary gets a $5 kickback on every $15!
- We are participating with other schools in a digital "dash for cash"! The more tickets we sell, the bigger chance we have of getting a large portion of the $15,000 prize pool! This money will go directly back to the students in the school.
- The Blizzard are doing "pod seating" for these games, so buy your tickets early to guarantee a spot! No ticket is a bad ticket at the Resch Center.
- Go to: https://www.eventbrite.com/e/blizzard-digital-dash-for-cash-tickets-154488979697 to purchase your tickets! Do not buy tickets from the box office...we won't get credit. When you purchase tickets at the EventBrite page, choose "1" to get 2 tickets, choose "2" to get 4 tickets, etc.
- The night of the game, pick up your tickets at "Will Call".
Thank you for supporting Bay Harbor Elementary and the Green Bay Blizzard!
Tony Ebeling, Principal
End of the School Year Information
END OF YEAR LIBRARY RETURNS
All student materials are due by Friday, May 28th. Any books not returned by that date will be marked "lost" in the system and a replacement fine will be generated. Letters and fine assessments will be mailed out the week of May 31st. Students still have the opportunity to return books until June 9th, however, and, if returned, then the fine will be deleted. Any fines still in the system, will then be added to Student Fees for the following year.
MEDICATION AT SCHOOLIf your child has medication at school (including any prescription medication, epi pen, inhaler, cough drops, OTC medication, etc.), please pick them up on the last day of school or on Thursday, June 10th.. Any medication not picked up will be properly disposed of.
Medications cannot be carried over from year to year. New authorizations must also be completed each year for any medication at school. Thank you.
All students will be taking their iPads home for the summer. If, however, you will be moving out of the district this summer, your child will need to leave their ipad, cord and charger at school on the last day, June 9th.
