Senior Obligations/ Sign Out - The Cape Cod Tech sign out process is a process of students getting approval to sign out and graduate for CCT. It is t ensure you do not owe books to the library, uniforms to athletics, or work to some of your teachers. This is usually completed in person. This year we will be doing it electronically via a Google form shared through Google account.
Payment of money: Students have been issued invoices f they owe money to the school for lunch or other items. Students must pay in full to receive a diploma
Record pick-up: May 27th in front of Roots and Roses. Students accumulated records will be available for pick up on that day only.
Picking up Personal Items: Must occur by May 14th. See most recent email or Cape Cod Tech Website under Latest News: www.capetech.us.
Senior Dues are waived. We will reimburse those that have paid over the next few months. This will be a process and please be patient.
Senior Project: Must be completed to History teacher standards.
Senior Banquet: Due to COVID 19 we needed to cancel this event
Senior Prom: Scheduled for July 28th or 29th if we can hold it.

Gown Drop Off/ Graduation Pictures May 13th (Health Tech will be contacted) See Info Below
Graduation Gown Drop Off Wednesday, May 13th
- Gowns have been broken up by town or shop for some cases.
- Deliveries will begin at 11 am on Wednesday, May 13th. Students will be contacted either fifteen minutes prior to arriving or when leaving the prior student's home to give an approximate time of arrival.
- Students taking the AP English exam will be avoided between 1:30 pm and 5 pm. If a teacher is not able to drop off on that day they will let the students know that you will drop off another day.
- Students will be contacted when the gown and CCT staff photographer arrive.
- Students should come out. retrieve the cap and gown and then go put on the gown and the hat.
- Students and families, please stay more than six feet away from CCT staff.
- CCT staff will take 4 photographs with a phone or another device.
- 2 headshots(from chest to top of cap)
- 2 Full Shots- Shoes to Cap.
- Students then should decorate their mortarboard however they like for graduation. We will have a contest that students will enter prior to June 4th. More details will come on that.

Thursday, June 4th CCT Graduation at Wellfleet Drive-In
Thursday, June 4th Graduation Day

Students and their families must stay in their car during the Graduation Ceremony.
Restroom breaks will be permitted but social distancing and masks will need to be worn.
Graduation Ceremony will be streamed either on the website or via Facebook Live.
Graduates should wear their cap and gown.
Families and grads are encouraged to decorate their cars.
No large trucks or cargo tops, please. These will block those behind you. Please be courteous.
Vehicles will pull in headlights towards the screen.
Gates open at 7 pm.
All Graduates must arrive by 8:00.
The Graduate's Parking Area will close at 8:05 pm.
Only cars with tickets will be admitted. Teacher/Staff member will check tickets at the gate.
We hope to have two types of tickets. This will be depend on state mandates on drive-In theaters. Tickets and Commencement Programs will be mailed to graduates on May 20th.
1 Ticket will be placard with Graduates name on it (Guarenteed)
1 Guest ticket (Depending on State Mandates) will be a rearview mirror hanging placard noting guest ticket that will be numbered. No duplicate numbers will be permitted to enter. If duplicates exist, both vehicles will be asked to leave.
Cars containing graduates will park in the first 8-9 rows alphabetically.
Graduates must be with their families unless prior arrangements were made with Mr. Terranova or Mr. Roberts.
Spaces will be reserved/designated with a sign of the graduate's name.
Cars may only park facing the screen in front of the sign.
Students and their families must stay in their car.

8:50- 9:25 Graduate Names and Diplomas delivered to cars
9:30 Coronation March plays continuously as grads leave the ceremony.
Guests are invited to leave after graduates and their car with family members leave.
