Mrs. Harbart draws a cartoon version of our own Kevin!
Mr. Ryba, our Superintendent, visited our school on Tuesday. Mrs. Harbart drew him a picture, to welcome him to our school. We were happy to see him!
Shared Food Guidelines - District Policy
Please follow these guidelines when bringing in snacks for school treats and/or parties:
Shared foods must be free from peanuts and tree nuts. This includes TREE nuts such as almonds, coconuts, sunflowers, filberts, Brazil nuts, cashews, hazelnuts, macadamia nuts, pecans, pine nuts, pistachios, walnuts and sesame nuts. Additional restrictions, such as eggs and milk, may be instituted at the classroom level should a student’s health needs dictate.
Thank you for your consideration in keeping those allergic to certain foods safe from having a life threatening allergic reaction at school. Food with proper labeling also helps when counting the carbohydrate content for those students with diabetes.
Quick Check Brands: Kellogg’s, Keebler, General Mills, Betty Crocker and Quaker Oats brands are excellent at calling out allergens on their labels.
PLEASE check all labels as ingredients may change over time. Read labels carefully to make sure that products are NUT FREE. This includes labels that read “May contain traces of peanuts/nuts” or “Processed with other foods containing nuts”.
Remember that LATEX balloons/products are NOT allowed in any of the Strongsville City Schools.
Please contact the office with any questions.

Makerspace News! Buttons, Buttons, We’ve got buttons.
The students use their creativity designing the buttons, problem solving skills to make sure that the design will fit the top and engineering prowess to figure out just how the machine works. We have already had our students making buttons for clubs such as student council and as a special treat with Ms. Candow’s new student groups.
Students who are new to Muraski had the opportunity to make a button with the their counselor, Miss. Candow and media specialist, Mrs. Lewis.
