Dear Pittman Grown-Ups

I can't believe we have entered the last month of 2023 and the end of first semester is almost here!

During the next couple of weeks all students will be taking our middle of year Galileo test. This is a district-wide assessment that teachers use to monitor their students understanding of grade-level standards. The testing days and times are listed below in the "upcoming dates" section. Please avoid appointments or missing school on these days.

December 4th - December 8th - K-3 Galileo Testing 8:40-9:40

December 11th - December 15th - 4th Grade Galileo Testing 8:40-9:40 & 5th Grade Galileo Testing 9:40-10:40

December 5th - PTA meeting 6:00

December 11th - 2nd and 3rd Grade Winter Program - Connect Church - 6:30

December 12th - Last day for Math Voyagers After School Tutoring

December 13th - Last day for Reading Voyagers After School Tutoring

December 14th - PIE Night - 5:30

December 22nd - Winter Parties

December 25th - January 3rd - NO SCHOOL - Winter Break

January 4th - School Resumes

Our next meeting is Tuesday, Dec. 5th at 6pm in the school library.

We are shifting gears to celebrate the holidays!! We are going to help the teachers/staff have some fun by helping with a countdown of the 12 days until Christmas break. We have several things planned. We could definitely use your help!
