Youth and RE: Vision
Youth ministry, like all authentic Christian ministry, originates with God and flows from the person of Jesus through the ministry of the Holy Spirit. Christian ministry is the sovereign work of God, yet God, in his divine freedom and grace, invites us to partner with him in his disciple making work. As followers of Jesus, we are disciples and equipped and commissioned to be disciple makers. It is my prayer that student ministry at Central Baptist become centered around discipleship and making relational connections in our community to raise up a new generation for Jesus. Please continue to prayer and if you want to be a part of that vision please come and talk with me.

Bibles and Boardgames, a young adult bible study and board game bonanza has been a success each Sunday night! Rarely is there a dull face afterwards. All are invited Sunday nights at six o’clock for fun and an examination of the Word from a young adult angle.

A Message From Pastor Buddy
Hi Kids,
Philippians 4:13 says, “I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me.”
Now that summer vacation is over, and school has started back up, life for all of us is busy and challenging. It’s time for homework, and tests, and projects again. That’s a lot of pressure and it’s not always easy. As you go through the struggles of the school year, remember that God is right there with you and that He cares about you more than you can even imagine. When you feel like you just can’t do it – look to Christ and He will strengthen you and help you to be successful in your schoolwork. Don’t get discouraged, and never give up. Just remember that you can do all things because God is helping you.
Have a great week!
Your friend,
Pastor Buddy
