Lunch is the main meal of the day and is usually eaten around 2:00 in the afternoon. Business doors close and the people take a break from the day until around 5:00. This is when the traditional "siesta" occurs, if one is inclined to rest. The last meal of the day is typically around 9:00 p.m. and usually consists of "tapas" which are delicious appetizers.
