What does it look like ?
The New England Aster can grow up to 2-7 ft tall and 1-2 in wide. The leaves look like a hairy ova.l The leaves are called elliptical smooth and its flower position is many atop stem. Its color is a light purple like purple like a purple grape.
When does the New England Aster bloom?
The New England Aster blooms in July - October and grows in moist fields, meadows, road sides. It grows everywhere in the United States except for the Northwest.
Why did they give it that name ?
They gave the New England Aster its name because its greek for star.
