Happy Friday, RHS Students!
This month's Weekly Assembly theme is Developing Inclusive & Authentic Leadership that Inspires Change. We will be working with class officers, student leaders and staff to workshop and further develop our skills in this important area and will be facilitating and leading sessions for middle school students as well. If you do not hold a formal leadership position, but are interested in these opportunities, please see me over the coming week.
Congrats to the Class of 2026 for a successful first fundraiser this past weekend. They raised almost $1,000 towards their class and made several community connections in the process. Well done to all involved!
Be sure to dress up on Monday for the Halloween Costume contest! We will be parading our costumes around the GYM the last part of E block and then voting on the winners! Team costumes are encouraged 👻🎃.

Important Senior Dates for Your Long-Term Planning...
Thursday, May 25th: Senior Showcase at The Shalin Liu Performance Center
Friday, May 26th: Last day of school for seniors (Exams may be built into the final few days of school. Details will be forthcoming as we get closer to the date).
Tuesday, May 30th - Friday, June 2nd: Senior Week! All seniors are expected to attend graduation rehearsals from 8am - 10:30 am that week. Evening events are scheduled for the majority of nights that week. Stay tuned for details to come.
Friday, June 2nd: RHS Graduation @ 5 pm

Rockport PTO Holiday Fair
The Rockport PTO is hosting the annual Holiday Fair on November 19th. This is a great opportunity for community service hours. If you are willing/able to help set up the tables on Friday, November 18th, right after school, and taking the tables down when the fair is over at 2:30 on Saturday, November 19th, please fill out the form below.
Students/Families - Help is needed in a variety of arenas. If you are willing to help, please fill out the form below. There is a need for someone to spearhead the creation of the gingerbread houses. The PTO will provide all the details on this task if you are interested. If noone is able to commit to this part of the day, it will not run this year. Please step up to assist if you can!

Career Day is Back!
On Monday, November 7th, RHS DECA is hosting the Career Day event for all students from 8:00 -10:15 am. We have over 40 professionals signed up including alumni of RHS. Our hope is that everyone finds this a valuable experience and gets to hear some inside information about various careers and life experiences.
From the Sports Desk - Athletic Highlights (Thank you, Sophia!😎):
Field Hockey 🏑👏: Kicking off the week with a road game, field hockey fought through a tough loss against Ipswich. They play Saugus today (Friday) at 4:30 pm on the Ryan Curley Field. To Finish the season, they will play Hamilton-Wenham at Pingree at 10 am on Saturday. Go Vikings!!
Girls Soccer ⚽ 👍: Girls Soccer will have their final game of the season today (Friday) at 4:00 pm at Hamilton-Wenham. Good Luck girls!
Boys Soccer ⚽🙌: The boys' started the week on Tuesday against Ipswich. They tied 2-2, goals scored by Owen Aiello and Edward Merz. They played on Thursday against Hamilton-Wenham, and Won 1-0! Goal by Edward Merz and a shutout to Z Bouafi for a great game! Great defensive work by Derek Budrow. They will finish off their regular season this Sunday at 1:00 pm to face the hornets of North Reading. Pack the Track!⚽😎
