8th Grade Registration
Today, 7th grade students received information on registration for next year. Their pink registration forms are due THIS FRIDAY to their advisory teachers. Parent/Guardians need to sign the top of the forms. If you or your students have questions about registration, please watch this video that will hopefully answer your questions.
Schoolwide Expectations Reminders
- Cell phones are not to be used during the school day. If this is challenging for your student, we encourage you to keep phones home.
- No throwing snow
- As the weather gets warmer, please remember the dress code policy. We will be making calls home for dress code violations.
e-Sports
eSports tryouts begin today with Super Smash Bros Ultimate. Once the tryout tournament is concluded we will begin the Rocket League tryouts. Still time for students who want to try out for the League of Legends team. Contact Mr. Kohn for more information: kohngeri@sd91.org.
Pi Day
Our 7th graders will celebrate Pi Day on TUESDAY March 14th (3/14). Those students are invited to contribute a pie or other circle treat for their class on that day. Please only bring store-bought items. Thank you for your participation!!
School Sports
Supplemental Levy Election
D91’s Supplemental Levy election is Tuesday, March 14. It generates $6.8 million a year. Polls will be open from 8 am to 8 pm. If you aren’t sure where to vote, please check with the Bonneville County Elections Office at (208) 529-1363 or https://www.bonnevillecountyidaho.gov/county-departments/elections.
Anti-Vape Campaign
We are proud to be partnering with Eastern Idaho Public Health on an Anti-Vape Campaign, which includes a free screening and panel discussion of the documentary “Nic Sick: The Dangers of Youth Vaping” at 7 pm on Tuesday, March 28, at the Civic Center for the Performing Arts. D91 ED Foundation Scholarships
If you know a senior graduating from one of D91’s high schools or know a D91 graduate now in college, encourage them to apply for one of the D91 Ed Foundation’s Scholarships. Save the Date
The D91 Ed Foundation’s Heart of Idaho Century ride is Saturday, Aug. 23. We’re always looking for volunteers to help with our food/water stations. If you’re interested, let Margaret Wimborne know. If you know any bicyclists, please spread the word and let them know that registration will open Friday, March 17.
