First you need to have 6 nutrients but no need to eat constant gummies but get them. You can just eat the food.


Dairy- You could have a glass MILK

Fruit- You could have a APPLE

Veggie-You could have CARROTS

Proteins- You could have some TURKEY

Grains- You could have some BREAD

How Much?

Grains 6 ounces

Veggies 2 1/2 cups

Fruits 3 cups

Proteins 5 ounces

Dairy 3 cups

So remember to always to be healthy and try to get your 6 nutrients.
