United to Nurture our Community (UNC) - A Card Campaign

Interested in sending support and cards to individuals in the UNC and Greeley community, but don't have access to cards, envelopes, stamps, or postage? We've got you covered! Click the button, complete the survey, and we'll create and mail cards on your behalf!

How does this work?

  • Choose a recipient group: high risk individuals including nursing home patients and assisted living residents, healthcare staff, and/or UNC students remaining on campus.
  • Write a message (Unsure what to write and would rather us create a message for you? We got you covered there too!)
  • OSO writes and mails the cards
  • Joy is delivered!

Upload artwork or other activities in the survey and we'll send those along too!

If you'd rather remain anonymous, we'll sign the card from the Office of Student Organizations.

158 Cards delivered! Thank you to everyone who's participated so far!

Changes to the RSO Renewal Application Procces!

It's that time of year again! Starting tomorrow, April 3rd, the Office of Student Organizations will begin accepting "RSO Renewal Applications" for the 2020-2021 school year.

Please note two changes to the RSO Renewal process:

  1. All Guiding Documents/Constitution should be submitted in the OSO template, unless your Guiding Documents/Constitution is associated with a national or international organization. Here's a link to the template!

(Why? Our office reads 160+ guiding documents each year and the intention of this template is to help us be more efficient and have a faster turn-around for RSO Recognition)

  2. If you have rosters of your members and officer, please be prepared to upload those documents too!

Virtual Elections - Hold Elections From Afar

As the close of the year is coming closer, many Recognized Student Organizations will begin officer elections and transitions. We understand that each RSO has a unique election process and that this process could be impacted by our need to social distance and the move to virtual connections.

If you are looking for ways to still hold elections during this virtual time, consider Google Forms. Use the button below to see a sample election ballot using Google Forms. Additionally, this youtube video has helpful tips and step-by-step instructions.
