Friday, May 29, 2020
Message From the Principal:
Hello Parents!
This week's newsletter has a number of important updates regarding high school graduation and an opportunity to come together as an entire community to honor our seniors. Please be sure to take a look at those and hopefully every home in Woodbury will participate in the Light Up the Night event!
Also, our Academic Banquet will be premiering on YouTube this evening at 7 pm. We encourage everyone to join in together to watch and to celebrate our many amazing students.
In partnership,
Dr. Vivadelli

Thanks to the Softball Booster Club for celebrating out Seniors: Shannon Kelly, Erin Doyle, and Maggie Ulmer. We are celebrating the milestones without the mile!! Good luck to the girls, who are all attending 4 year Colleges/Universities.
Mr. Park's Band Train
Mr. Park, along with HS Band Parents, organized a “Band Train” last Saturday. The high school band visited senior band and color guard members and played music for them at their homes.

How is your adjustment to remote learning going?
It has been difficult but I am managing to do well.
What is the hardest thing about this adjustment? What is one aspect that you enjoy more than traditional school?
The hardest thing is not seeing my friends. The thing I like most is doing the work at whatever time I feel like it. That has been great!
What are you doing to keep busy when your school work is finished?
I have been working out and playing video games and staying in touch with friends.
What college(s) have you been accepted to, and where are you choosing to go?
I only applied to Temple University. It was my top choice and I am looking forward to getting started. Since I applied early decision and was accepted in November I did not need to apply anywhere else.
What will be your course of study?
I am still undecided.
What is one message you would like to share with your fellow seniors at Woodbury High School?
It is what it is.
