Dear Holy Hill Area School District Families,
November is Kindness Month. There are studies that have shown that when we witness Kindness we are inspired to be kind ourselves. Kindness helps us to sustain relationships which results in stronger communities. I'm very thankful to be part of the Holy Hill Area School District where I know kindness matters.
Acts of Kindness Calendar:
Immunization Reminder:
Many families have been making sure their child's immunization records are up to date. Our district appreciates your effort to ensuring we have the most up to date information about your child's immunization records. If you are still not sure what immunizations your child may need during the school year below are the immunizations that are recommended for your child depending on his/her age. The district asks that you please update your child’s immunizations as soon as possible. Parents can use the student immunization record form attached https://www.dhs.wisconsin.gov/forms/f0/f04020l.pdf to update your child’s immunizations or complete the waiver section within this form. The district asks that you please provide a copy of your child’s most recent immunizations or complete the waiver section of the student immunization form to make certain we maintain compliance within the district. If you have any questions please feel free to contact Jodie Dietrich at 262-628-2380.
Developmental Screening SAVE THE DATE
Holy Hill Area School District will be conducting a Developmental Screening for children ages Birth to 5 years old on Friday November 4, 2022 between 10:00am-3:00pm at Friess Lake Elementary School. You are being asked to contact Tonie Wolf at 262-628-1032 to schedule an appointment. The screening takes about 30 minutes. This screening is available to children who reside within the boundaries of Holy Hill Area School District and are not currently enrolled in school. This screening is NOT the 4K screening conducted for all incoming 4K students, which is typically held in the spring. This is a developmental screening to identify any developmental needs that may prompt the district to conduct a special education evaluation.

Children with Special Health Care Needs Preparedness for Emergencies: Connecting schools and EMS agencies
Medical emergencies at school are unexpected and anxiety-inducing, especially for children with special health care needs. Wisconsin Emergency Medical Services for Children (EMSC) has made it possible for local emergency medical service (EMS) agencies to be prepared.
The program, known as CAPE (Children with Special Health Care Needs Preparedness for Emergencies), connects EMS and schools to help prepare both organizations in case of an emergency.
See the documents below if you are interested in participating in this optional program that allows the Richfield Fire Company to be aware of any preexisting medical conditions your child may have.
