The Continuation Connection
School Empowerment Network NSDF Newsletter 2022-2023, #17
So much to celebrate!
My favorite part of writing this newsletter is getting messages from our coaches all over Texas sharing celebrations from your schools! Over the past two weeks, my phone has been pinging non-stop with images and notes of the great things happening for our Texas students. In fact, we had so many that some will have to wait until the next newsletter! Remember, you can also follow us on LinkedIn to see celebrations there, as well. Congratulations, and thank you for all of your work!

Important Dates and Action Items

6/13-6/14: The Summer Continuation Convening will occur in Austin. More details will be coming out closer to the event.
Action Items
- Congratulations to those of you who have already completed your SQR! We've seen so many great things at NSDF campuses across the state.
If your SQR is still coming up, please note the following:
- By now, you've received our invitation for your Spring SQR. Please accept the invitation so it is on your calendar, and forward it to anyone on your leadership team who will play a role.
- The lead reviewer for your campus will be in touch with you, and you will work with them and your coach to coordinate the submission of artifacts that you'd like the review team to consider. You can review additional details here.
- At least one week before your SQR, please submit your schedule that the review team will use for the day. It is fine to use the same schedule as the Fall, as long as it will still work for the campus and provide the best snapshot of your school.
