Principal's Report
It's hard to believe that we are heading into the last few days of the 2018-19 school year! Watching our students grow throughout the year has been a truly memorable experience. Our students and staff are looking forward to celebrating their accomplishments and enjoying field trips and field days.
To prepare for summer, be sure that your student has turned in their library books and taken care of any outstanding fees. Our 3rd through 5th graders will turn in their Chromebooks and chargers this week for the summer. If your student has medication in the health room, be sure to read our note from the nurses below.
Lastly, we'd like to celebrate 1st grader, Emma Bogle, on her National PTA reflections win! Emma created a short film which will be showcased in the traveling exhibition. Congratulations to Emma and her creativity!
For children,
Phillip Reavis, Ph.D

BIG CHANGES ARE COMING TO THE BOX TOPS FOR EDUCATION PROGRAM!
Dear families,
Over the summer you'll begin seeing some participating brands change their packaging from the traditional Box Tops clip to the new digital Box Tops label.
Going forward, instead of clipping from packages and checking expiration dates, all Box Tops will be earned digitally by scanning your receipt. The Box Tops for Education team is hard at work building the NEW-and-improved, user friendly Box Tops mobile app that will be ready this summer.
As they transition from the old Box Tops and the new digital ones, please make sure you continue to clip & save the paper Box Tops to send in to school in the Fall. Better yet, once the new app launches, you can "double dip" during the packaging transition by clipping the traditional Box Tops AND scanning your store receipt containing participating products!

Happy Summer!
