Last Call--Trip to Kidcity!!

Join us on Wednesday, March 18 for a day trip to Kidcity, which is a great children's museum in Middletown. Kidcity (http://www.kidcitymuseum.com) is a wildly imaginative kids museum that is focused on children 7 and under. There are sea caves to explore (for the tiniest tots), restaurants to run, fishing boats to staff, and cars to explore.

YDS will cover admission for YDS students, their spouses/partners, and their children. Participants will bring their own lunches and cover their own mileage.

We will meet at the YDS parking lot at 9:15 a.m. and travel in carpools to MIddletown. If you cannot drive, please bring your own carseat. We will eat lunch at the museum (bring your own--there is a lunchroom), and head back at any time in the afternoon that works for your napping/life schedule.

Please RSVP by the end of March 16 to susan.olson@yale.edu. In your RSVP, tell me how many adults and how many children and whether or not you can help drive. Thanks!

Coming Soon--Community Dinner --Family Friendly

A community dinner is scheduled for March 27. All community dinners are family friendly and this one promises to be more so--Yale Divinity Drama is planning on adding a kid-oriented activity into the dinner. We'll bring toys to make the meal more interesting as well. More details will be coming from the community dinner and YDD folks, but do put this event on your calendar!

Also Coming Soon--Outing for Families with Older Children

In the works for our families with grade school aged children is a family duckpin bowling night. Date and time TBA--stay tuned!
