Georgia Cyber Academy (GCA) is governed by a Board of Directors composed of nine community leaders, some of whom are GCA parents. Public notice of GCA board meetings can be found here and in the front office of the school.

Hello fellow Champions!


I hope that you had a wonderful first couple of weeks. I hear that our teachers are excited to assist teach our champions this school year. Please remember to reach out if you are in need of resources.


Did you know that this month is Attendance Awareness Month? Good attendance helps GCA Champions do well in school, so remember to make it best practice to log your student's attendance everyday.


Join us Champions, as we resolve chronic absence issues and help close the achievement gap through the development of plans, communication, and other actions that lead to success. Get involved with the Attendance Awareness Month campaign on Facebook and on Twitter by hashtaging #AttendanceMattersGCA.


Let’s join together, Champions, and make attendance matter!

September Presents:


Welcome & What students are learning and why – Overview of standards and assessments


Join us on September 14th as we host our first District Town Hall Parent meeting. Our Head of School, School Directors, and other Administrators will introduce themselves and share HOT TOPICS that you need to know.

Elementary School Level Parent University will be held after the District Town Hall meeting from 7:30-8:00 pm. Recordings will be posted on the GCA Events Calendar if you are unable to attend live. We hope to see you there!
