From the Principal's Desk
Carline Info starting Monday
From Mr. Ben:
Starting Monday we will have 310 students and 80 staff coming in and out of the building daily. To manage this, and to keep all of our Gators, big and small safe, we ask ALL drivers to follow these rules:
-Arrival starts at 7:40. No drop offs prior to this time (especially in inclement weather)
-Stay in line/Do not cut - Even if you are ready to leave, stay in line as there are students who exit cars on the drivers side.
-You may use both the east parking lot and the west traffic circle. Reminder the busses use the west circle and take longer to unload students.
-Drivers stay in the vehicle
-Unload between the signs
-Have students ready to get out of the car when they get close to the building.
-If your student needs a little extra time, please park in a designated parking space and walk them across the car line.
-Follow all directions from staff
-Dismissal starts at 2:55p Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday, and 1:55p Wednesday
-Pick-up in East parking lot only
-Stay in line
-Have your pick-up placard in your dashboard so we know who you are picking up.
-Drivers stay in vehicles
-If you park and walk over to pick up your child, please wear a mask and wait on the sidewalks South of the flagpole and pergola.
Thank you for your patience and for following the rules.

North Liberty Library Tutoring
I wanted to make you all aware that the North Liberty Library has an amazing new resource for kids AND PARENTS who might be struggling with homework, concepts, etc. It’s called HelpNow and the library is providing it free of charge for our patrons. Kids who don’t have a North Liberty library card can use their student AIM cards for log in if needed. Parents can call or email me if they need to know what that number is.
The database offers free, live tutors from 2-11 pm, and there are a lot of helpful features for practicing skills and games for reinforcement. I honestly wish I would have had this when my son was in elementary school because there were A LOT of tears (from both of us) about math homework.
