I don't know about you, but this time of year always seems extra busy, and it's so hard to slow down and take a breath! One of my favorite sayings is, "You can't pour from an empty cup. Take care of yourself first!"
As you know, students and staff at JC practice Mindfulness throughout the school day to help us slow down and focus. Below is a link to an article from Psychology Today with some quick tips for integrating Mindfulness into the everyday rush of the season.
