Crestview T-Shirts:
Crestview PTSA purchased a Crestview T-Shirt for EVERY student at Crestview. Your child recieved the t-shirt for our fun run and will be bringing it home today!
Box Tops:
Do you have BoxTops sitting at home? Time to send them in! Please send them with your student to their teacher or the office, labeled with name and teacher, no later than October 26th. Each non-expired BoxTop is worth 10 cents. This is an easy way of helping Crestview earn FREE money for books and classroom supplies!
Halloween Dance:
The Crestview PTSA will be hosting a Halloween Dance on Friday, October 26. More information will be coming home soon!
Fun Run:
There will be pictures and $$ totals from the fun run coming soon. Thank you for participating and stay tuned!
Thank you,
Crestview Elementary PTSA
Rollerskating Fun!
Thank you to Mrs. Carter for organizing the roller skating unit in Phy-Ed! The students have thoroughly enjoyed this annual event. A special shout out to the families and PTSA who donated money to keep this event happening!
DOES YOUR CHILD NEED WINTER GEAR?
If you are in need of help finding some outerwear for your son or daughter, please fill out the attached form and return it to your child’s teacher or to School Social Worker, Dawn Blankenship. Although we cannot guarantee all of the items, we will do our best to find you the items your child needs.
Growth Mindset Theme of the Month:
My Brain is like a muscle that grows!
If you are at the public library, look for Bubble Gum Brain. This hilarious book likens having a growth mindset to having a brain made of bubble gum that grows and constantly learns and stretches.
National Bullying Prevention Month
- Every classroom teacher at Crestview is required to teach the 2nd Steps – Social Emotional Learning Curriculum
