Almost 45% of children living in poverty are overweight or obese compared with 22% of children living in households with $ incomes$ 4 times the poverty level. 4.One Third of High School students play games for 3 or more hours on a average school day. 5.Roughly 90% of Americans eat more sodium than is recommended for a healthy diet.
Advice on how to improve your Body Image
- 1.Be yourself don't try to make yourself look the girl in the Photo shopped image. 2.Wear clothes that make you feel comfortable with your body and work with your body not against it . 3.Look at yourself as a whole person and when you look in the mirror don't look at specific parts of your body but of yourself as a whole person. 4.Keep positive people around you,you want people who build you up instead of tearing you down 5. stay off the scale your daily water weight can make the scale go 5 pounds either way.
