Thoughts for the Week
The first week!
I'm very excited, especially after working with you all on Thursday. I'm always grateful to work with such a wonderful staff.
Open House is Monday. Feel free to work a schedule that lets you be here until 6 on Monday.
Tuesday we'll start with a meeting at 8, and then do the bbq across the street. The menu will be Hotdogs, hamburgers, chips, watermelon and whatever anyone else would like to bring!
First day reminders for Wednesday: K and 1 will get off the bus at 7:40. They will go to their classrooms. We'll get everyone else off at 7:45 and send them to breakfast. K and 1 will come for breakfast at 7:55.
We will have brief faculty meetings on Wednesday and Thursday to handle any issues that come up.
Please let me know if you need anything.
Have a great first week!
A picture of what I did for the first time this summer (painting on canvas). It was a little family genius hour.
I wonder how we would all fill this out over the course of the year.
The kids were very excited to learn how to sew these animals back together into pillows this summer!
Kristie and Peter for getting all that technology back and working/
Doug and Stephanie, for what seems like countless trips to the dumpster and shed.
Minutes from last week's faculty meeting are up on blackboard, as are some helpful hints on creating websites. I'd like websites live by October 1. Sooner than that is great.
If you have announcements, pictures, or shout outs, please send to Craig.
If you have events for the calendar, please send to Jennifer Wilkes or Cathy Martin.
