• JUNIOR ENROLLMENT
Parents of Juniors-
Please visit with your student to see that they have chosen classes, received teacher initials, and have your signature. Enrollment into the course choices will happen during Spring parent/teacher conferences on February 28 as done the last two years. Below you will find the video the students were shown on the 6th, a blank copy of the 18-19 enrollment form, and a link to the 18-19 course guide.

• PARENTS OF SENIORS - need assistance completing the FAFSA?
FAFSA Frenzy
Tuesday, November 14
5-8 p.m.
Park Hill South - South Library
The FAFSA is the Free Application for Federal Student Aid. This form is typically required to be completed by the financial aid departments of most colleges and universities. Even if you “think” you won’t qualify, it still may need to be completed.
If you are planning to attend, please go online and create an FSA ID for you AND your student. An FSA ID is a username and password that give you access to the Federal Student Aid’s online system and serves as your legal signature.
Both parent and student MUST create an FSA ID.
Go to https://fsaid.ed.gov to create your FSA ID.
Please bring your 2016 tax return information or W-2’s as well.
Parent Survey- We want to hear from you!
Please Complete the 2017 Parent Survey
The Platte County School District is conducting its annual parent survey to gather feedback on strengths of the district, as well as areas to consider for growth. Your input is important and will be considered when making future decisions.
If you have not already completed the survey, we ask that you complete the survey by clicking on the link below. If you have more than one student, please be sure to answer those questions for each building. The survey should take approximately fifteen minutes to complete. Thank you in advance for your feedback!

Bullying and Safety Concerns
Safety is one of our district’s top priorities and to help safeguard our school community, our district is now using SafeSchools Alert, a tip reporting service that allows students, staff, and parents to submit safety concerns to our administration.
You and your child can easily report tips on bullying, harassment, or any safety issue you're concerned about through SafeSchools Alert.
Every tip SafeSchools Alert receives about our district is immediately logged in the system and our administration is notified so that they can investigate and take appropriate action. And, tips may also be submitted anonymously if you prefer.
Together, using SafeSchools Alert, we can make our district a safer place to learn!
