Principal's Message
Dear SFX Family,
Thank you for your patience with drop-off this morning. We, unfortunately, encountered many obstacles including rain, two trains, two accidents, and staff shortage. Here's to a better day tomorrow!
Registration for returning students started yesterday. Thank you to all those who have already completed the process. The deadline is this Friday, January 28 at 11:59 PM. Reenrollments submitted after this time will not be guaranteed a spot and a late fee will be charged. To complete your child's reenrollment, please log on to the FACTS Family Portal > Apply/Enroll > Enrollment/Reenrollment. Once you have submitted the packet, then proceed to the First Bank & Trust portal to complete payment.
Please note that due to the weather forecast, the Men's Club Movie Night scheduled for this Friday will be postponed until the spring. A new date will be announced soon.
I ask that you join me in prayer for our Second Grade students who will be receiving their First Reconciliation this Saturday.
Next week is Catholic Schools Week. We will celebrate with a different theme each day. Check out the information below.
Have a great rest of the week!
May God bless you and keep you,
Jessica

Read to the Final Four Challenge
Thank you to all 2nd and 3rd grade students who participated in the "Season Tip-Off" of the Read to the Final Four Challenge! Over the course of 5 weeks, our 2nd and 3rd graders have read and logged a total of 26,800 minutes! Last week's top readers were Harlan (2B), Lia and Carolynn (2H), Cate (3S), and Michael (3T). The homeroom with the highest average of minutes read per student was 2B.
The top 68 schools will be announced some time today. Continue to record your minutes, and Mrs. Sauber will send out an email as soon as she finds out if SFX has advanced to the next round.
