Reading

We are amazed at the readers that are growing in our classrooms! It is amazing to watch and hear the buzz of our little readers during workshop time. The students are busy writing and reading non-fiction.

This week we will be learning about long e. It can be spelled: e, e_e, ee, and ea.

Language

We will continue to focus on discussing the difference between singular and plural nouns.

Math

Students will be solving subtraction problems. Students will practice their math skills with math games and daily word problems in their math journal.
