Queen Victoria was born on May 24, 1819 and died on January 22, 1901. As the monarch of Great Britain, Canada, Australia, and other British territories, including India, she was the first monarch to be named Empress of India.

Queen Victoria was queen for 63 years, the longest for any British or female monarch. During her reign, known as the Victorian Era, life in England and around the world had change. There was a new type of fashion and different architectural style.

Diamond Jubilee

Queen Victoria was the first monarch and the first female monarch to celebrate her Diamond Jubilee, which marks more than 50+ years on the throne. Only 5 monarchs in the entire world have had a Diamond Jubilee.
